Can anyone please tell me about sims 4?

My lots in sims 3 weren't empty. Also are the load screens going to be interactive? all those 30 seconds could soon add up, but I wouldn't mind if I had a fun game to play during them

No empty lots? I usually had to deal with only 1 or 2 Sims at community lots. The loading screens seem to increase the activity of your current lot. I'm unsure of interactive screens at this time, sorry.

Nope my lots weren't empty, there's usually about 6 or 7 sims minimum when I visit them, and I hope they are interactive

Was your game also lag free?

I had lag in the world that came with island paradise, but other than that yes, why?

No, unknown if it would be added in the future. And also nope, baby sticks to the crib (most of the time)

The loading screens are supposed to fix the lag

No colourwheel I love sims 2 but it was such a useful feature in sims 3

Yah presets somehow limit creativity

They removed the CASt to make the game run better. They focused on performance a lot.

Agreed, I dislike being stuck to the same colours, I don't mind no CASt but I really do need a colourwheel.

I wasn't aware that CASt made the game run badly :S

EA set the date they wanted and they told Maxis what they wanted and that was that.

Also, CASt allows you change, create and save hundreds of patterns. So, when you th egame is loading, all of those patterns had to be loaded up individually, causing everything to be slow.

Okay this'll lead to an even more "exciting" story. Sum it up, TS4 originally an online crap. Plan failed, dev team had to switch to offline and were rushed to finish the game in approximately 2 year. Bed time suitable ?

Sims 4 was originally an online game, wow today is just full of surprises.

They basically designed an online game and then had to scrap it. They wasted time and had to manage.
