Music and Artists!

Awh darn
I kinda thought this was gonna be about people who play instruments and draw and stuff XD
I'm into pretty much everything except for country and rap. Screamo? Yes. Dubstep? Sure. Heavy metal? You bet. Country? NO GET IT AWAY.
I'm not a big fan of pop either, though I really like J-pop and K-pop.
My current favourite artist is Babymetal ;w;

I'm too lazy to compose; I just play piano and drums. I'm not even sure if I could compose if I tried, honestly XD

I love the White Stripes<3 Piano is fun, but also sometimes absolutely terrifying. Like that one song. Let me just find the video...

Yup. Terrifying. I don't think that that can be played on an actual piano by an actual person. Maybe a musically inclined octopus with human-like hands on the end of each tentacle, but the odds of that ever occurring are very small.

I listen to a lot of different things and go through phases. My current phase is classic rock and 80s, though I do listen to top 40 here and there. My current top 40 fave is Ed Sheeran. Country bores me but I can listen in small does...very small doses. I can't stand today's rap...my kids listen to it and it drives me nuts. But I'm old so...LOL

I found a guy on youtube (by accident) with an awesome voice but he's not really a professional singer. He's a vlogger who does covers and writes some original stuff. I don't think he's posted anything new in a while (uni conflicts) but still check him out...bradyboy31 (Michael Brady). If only I were 25 years younger haha

I've found I've been getting into a few songs on guitar hero laterly xD
Very nearly can do Rock You Like a Hurricane expert mode now.
But Kelly Clarkson is my most favourite singer!

I listen to what I think is quite a wide variety of genres of music. I listen to artists from Beyonce' to Taylor Swift to Paramore. It really comes down to the mood I'm in on whatever given day that dictates what I listen to. If I really want to tune everything out, it's Paramore (before the band members changed), Coldplay or Fall Out Boy. Feeling lovey dovey? It's Beyonce' or Usher. Feeling rebellious/free? It's Rihanna. I recently bought Iggy Azalea's album...only because I figured if I could manage to mistakenly buy a Nicki Minaj album then I could buy Iggy's. On my "I can't stand all men" days, it's Taylor Swift (pun intended). Oh but as far as rap goes, the ONLY rap album I have is T.I.'s "Paper Trail." Don't regret the purchase either.

I listen to a little bit of everything: Folk, R&b, Pop, Dubstep, a little Metal and a dash of Rap/Hip-hop.
Some of my favorite artists/bands: The Paper Kites, Maxwell, Yuna, Johnny Rzeznik, A Fine Frenzy, MJ *king of pop*, Matt Walters, Remy Zero *somebody saaaaave meeeee*, Miguel and Justin Nozuka.

Björk, may be. Biophilia was extreme, Volta too. This's embarrassing but i used to be a hipster poser indie dckhead. Actually, maybe i still am, i don't care. Arcade Fire, Grimes, CHRVCHES, Florence n The Machine, a little jazz, Erykah Badu, and even more Björk. Most of these musics make me feel sad. It's a beautiful thing, sadness

Pop Punk/Punk/Rock/Alternative is my favorite of all time. all time low, pierce the veil, the maine, real friends, mayday parade, the summer set, bowling for soup, simple plan, you me at six, yellowcard, blink 182, fall out boy, panic at the disco, a day to remember, bring me the horizon, bayside , forever the sickest kids,marianas trench, jimmy eat world, we the kings and paradise fears just to name a few but there a couple others i can't remember.

Classic rock, New Wave and Britpop (a.k.a. "music of my life"), folk-rock (especially Canadian folk-rock), country, proto-punk (Velvet Underground, Jonathan Richman ...), movie soundtracks, some classical music, whatever Antony Hegarty is doing, and whatever's playing on BBC6. I can't listen to some radio because autotuning drives me mad :/
