Curved Counters?

Maybe I am missing something super basic here, but I have looked all over on Google and haven't been able to find an answer:

How do you place curved kitchen counters? I know they are in the game, they are in at least one pre-made home in Willow Creek but I for the life of me CANNOT figure out what the special trick is to make the counters curved.

You have to turn auto counters off in build/buy mode after you've selected the counters and after you've picked the counter, where it shows the colors, slide your mouse over that and you should see the curved option.
