Create a sim error

After doing the latest update i noticed that normal game play is fine but when i go into create a sim to create new sims or edit existing sims, all actions goes away. I can't even go into the menu and there is no edit tools. Can anyone help?

Have you tried going into your Origin app and doing a game repair? Also clear anything out of the cache folder in the sims 4 documents. Might not make a difference because I honestly haven't heard of this before but it's worth a try.

Maybe you'd be better uninstalling and reinstalling everything. I had to do it once, and thankfully with everything being downloads now it didn't take too long. Just make sure you keep any mods in a folder, I forgot last time and lost everything!

i have done that twice...didnt work and worst of all some of my custom content is also starting to glitch now like the hair...i dont know if its the game or my computer.

there isn't anything in my cache folder. dnt know what to do...cant enjoy the game like i use to because im do restricted. ..

Sounds like it might be your computer if a complete uninstall and reinstall hasn't changed anything!

maybe viruses because its very slow too...

I was just thinking, after a reinstall etc. have you ran the game without activating custom content? Just to see if it plays okay without any mods?
