Pregnancies Last longer

I would love to go thru the pregnancy longer they should have that option where you can set the time like with your sims lifespan. I would enjoy spending more time with my pregnant sim instead of 3 sim days.

I agree. I think 7 days would be nice (if they choose a default) and letting players customize it would be even nicer!

I don't know about longer pregnancy I get bored with it, but a vacation time at home would be nice to train the toddler when he/she grows.

I just think that it should be an options like the how long the life span is. I rather enjoy the pregnancy stage.

I just think there are more pressing features.

I'd love it if there were options to change the length of a sim's pregnancy, kind of like in TS3 where you can change the days each life span has separately.

Do you know if there's a mod to change clothes while pregnant?

Nraas Master Controller. You can edit any sim with it (without going into CAS via cheats). It also comes in handy for many other stuff.

On the topic of pregnancy in TS4, I saw a picture the other day of a sim in CAS. Apparently you can make a sim's belly bigger and the clothes adjust to it. Maybe we won't need maternity clothes this time around

I always find that so annoying cuz sometimes i be not liking my maternity clothes.

If you use the stylist option in the Master Controller, it will let you change the maternity clothes to any clothing that is maternity-enabled (there's lots of CC that is enabled for maternity!). After the sim gives birth it will revert back to their usual clothing.

Oh I know right, the maternity wear in TS2 was so cute, now it's just random.

short 3
Avaerge 7
Large- 10-14
or just a scale for 3-14
it be amazing that u see the belly grow over the time and pregnant sims going through mood swings after the course of 3-14 days

They have this for sims 2 minus the time span.

I think that 3 days are enough

I'm all about options for everyone. Though it is realistic to go through growing "pains" literally with pregnancy, I prefer a fast and quick approach as I get way too excited to see the baby.
