Help me please!

    Okay so I installed Sims 4 around christmas. And I went to play today and it wanted me to sign into orgin...took forever but I remembered my info...and then Sims 4 wasn't in my games? So it had me type the product key in and it said it had already been used. So I thought maybe I'll just uninstall the game and reinstall it...and again it wanted me to type the product key in..and it said it was used. How do I fix this? I just want to play!

    If you have proof of purchase, you should contact EA about this.
    I'm fairly sure they could just give you a new code (if you have some proof you purchased it, like a bill or email)

    Make sure that nobody has used the product code,or if when you got it for Christmas,the box's wrapping was not opened,or consult EA or Origin if you have anymore problems:D

    I had the same problem with the sims 3 Late Night but i explain my problem to EA and then they gave me an other code, you can try ;)
