Please help!!

Hoping someone can help me, my daughter can not load her game we have followed some guides on different forums but nothing seems to work, she downloaded some custom content and it's not worked from then so we deleted that. We looked in the cache file but there was nothing in there, as one forum said to delete files in that file. We uninstalled and reinstalled origin, still not working. What else can we do as she's really upset. Please help.

Make sure you've applied the most recent updates as without these the game can refuse to run. Also go into the "scratch" folder in saves and delete everything in there, it's unnecessary junk and builds up over time.
