    Hello PeachySim! Welcome to the forums! We are glad to have you around and I hope you stay!

    Anyways, sadly, getting the CAS demo is totally random at this moment. They are distributing it to random origin accounts, whether you own a Sims game or preordered TS4 or not.

    Later on this summer, most likely in mid August, there will be a demo that is open for everyone.

    I heard they are releasing this early access CAS demo right now in waves, so more people may randomly get invited soon.
