You don't have to share your origin account. When you get the key by email - just create a new origin account to redeem it, and share it with others. Install and crack. This way if someone somehow changes the pw on the origin account you are not stuck (which they can't do without answering the security question - and if they did you could also retrieve the account with the email). Also, this way, Origin can't lock your regular account.

I think at this point we better just settle with the idea that we're not going to get an early demo, neither from EAxis nor from other people. I'm not the most patient person on this planet but after waiting an entire week for that lucky moment, I just gave up and started occupying myself with other stuff. We'll all get the demo eventually. Impatience will only give us more frustrations than not, and like they say - we can't have everything in life like we want.

I don't think it's ever a good idea to give anyone your personal account information. Your credit card info is also tied to your account as well as all of the games, ep, and sp you've bought. I don't mind helping anyone and if there was anyway to let someone use like share or gift then that would be fine but again I would never give someone I don't know my personal information it's just not that serious.

Just look at it this way were at the end of July the demo will be released in August and the game out in September just be patient.

When again was it that everyone was going to get a chance at the demo? August 9th? If so, they're probably not going to select any more people for the demo. It's the 29th which means we have a little more than a week to wait to get the demo. I say just wait. Watch some new movies or learn a new recipe while you wait.

If by some miracle they still give out serials for the demo and I manage to snag one, I will gladly share my Origin account for people to download the demo. All I have are three games on there (Mass Effect 3, Sims Medieval and Sims 3), so I'm not worried about someone taking my other games.

I'm amazed this thread hasn't been closed.

A few things about the demo that I never understood:
- Do we get an email notifying us that we got it and gives us the product code?
- Does it randomly appear on origin?

Same here, sweetie! I thought checked both ways. E-mail and Origin "My games" library all the time.

I got mine through e-mail with info on how to redeem code. I've heard some say they didn't get a e-mail they looked under their games tab in their origin acct.
