More realistic skills for jobs

In the Sims 3, when you got a job you would need specific skills for certain jobs, but some of them didn't make sense, such as needing to be athletic to become an astronaut, in real life to become an astronaut you need logic not athletic. Another example is having a part-time job and you only need to have a good mood, shouldn't there be specific goals for work in the Sims 4. Let me know what you think. Some skills that made sense would be like having good cooking skills to become a chef.

I think the astronaut career was realistic. Sims were required to have the handiness and athletic skills which both seem realistic. Astronauts have to pass physical tests before they go into space and the handiness skills is so they can make repairs on the spacecraft.

There's also the endurance training. One does not simply 'ride' the g-force machine, similarly, you don't just go up in a rocket without passing out
