    1. Cracked game can acess the gallery? Or its possible to the crackers create a galery ?

    2. We can Install contents without using the galery like, we download a file like: House.??? and put it in somewere (game files, saves , mods i dunno) and in our personal galery will appear in our galery.

    3. The game will be translated in PORTUGUESE - PORTUGAL?

4.Whats the diference, from the cracked sims 4 from the original, only the online resources or something more?

    5. You think that in the first 2-3 mouths after the release EA will release many patches?

6.In your opinion the price of the sims 4 wll lower to 25 euro in some sales?

    7. Can i download contents from the web and install them in the game, without using the galery? Will they work ok?

    8. You agree that someone plays the cracked game and if he likes bought the game?

    9. How much someone needs to wait to play the cracked game? (IN DAYS)

    10. The knowledge adquired creating the crack for CAS Demo will help in the full game?

    11. As i saw in that gameplay made by the creators, when they start a party, they go to the gallery and download that famous guy from the trailers and play with him, i dont like the idea, explain to me what happened.

THX! Awnser with the numbers please :)

    1. From what I heard its possible for cracked versions to access the gallery, but not all cracked versions of anything can all thats "cracked" up to be ;). [EXAMPLE] Link - http://wccftech.com/watch-dogs-torrent-riddled-bitcoin-miner-installing-malware-thousands-pcs/ . Use them at your own risk!

    2. Modding this time around is really easy, even the return of the "Mods" folder and the slew of new CC mods and Animation replacements further solidify this.

    3. Yes. Link - http://www.thesims.com/faq#what-languages-are-supported-in-the-sims-4

    4. Kinda unknown at this rate, but I doubt piracy involving the full game will be allowed to be talked about.

    5. Possible considering the possible things to break as any other new release.

    6. Considering that this is EA we're talking about here possible, but that will be a long wait.

    7. Like i established from question 2 it will, modding is going to be simple on moderns from what we're so far. Though sharing mods through the gallery will involve flags that the creator will have to put up, or that it will never transfer entirely is unknown at this point, and kinda something that might worry people..

    Remember Dolly? :bag:

    1. I've heard yes, so maybe. But the unlocked, legitimate demo is coming out next week, so there's always that to rely on.

    2. You can install Custom Content and Mods really easily. EA gave them their own folders.

    3. Yes, Portuguese and a whole bunch of other languages are supported. Many languages!

    4. I don't know what kinds of differences there will be, but with a pirated version, you'll NEVER get to enjoy the game 100% without anything being missing.

    5. Probably, most likely. Only because it's going to be brand new and there will be tons of bugs being discovered by players, I'm sure. Happens with every game or console that just came out.

    6. Probably, but you'll have to wait quite a while before that happens.

    7. Again, you can download mods and Custom Content from fans/players and they'll work!

I'm sorry, but playing a cracked game is wrong. You can try to justify it however you want, but if EA wanted everyone to have it at this moment they would release it as such. The fact that it is assumed to be free for all eventually is not a valid excuse.

Also, cracked software is a very EASY AND COMMON WAY to get viruses on your computer which your virus checker could easily miss. Especially as you are allowing the system to install packages that were cracked by someone who runs in the same circles as those that create viruses. Think about it for a moment, and then look up Trojan Horse. You have no idea what data the game is sending back to who when you execute it.

Furthermore, cracked software supports people doing such activity. While the CAS demo is assumed to eventually be free, the same hacker is likely interested in cracking the retail copy of The Sims 4. Why are you supporting their cause by spreading their work?

I can't believe this thread isn't locked? Am I missing something, is this allowed on these forums? Because I'm leaving if that's the case...

Hey I thought we were allowed to discuss certain subjects in this forum that were forbidden in the official one. I mean there is a thread dedicated to the cracked version of the demo.

There is a forum for Create a Sim, I don't see one for the cracked version.

Yeah, but not all of us are comfortable with that. As someone who's issued takedown notices and invoices for infringement of her own creative content in the past, I prefer to respect the copyright of the software owner, and I'm more comfortable when communities I belong to do the same. I'm hoping that once the demo is widely out, any discussion of the cracked demo here will die off naturally (it's already fading back in the lists, so ...), because this is by far the most pleasant Sims 4 forum out there!

Hey hey, I'm not trying to bring people to dark side here. LOL I was only saying that it is allowed in this forum to talk about it. I mean, to each is own. And I agree with you and your position.

This whole cracked version of the demo is starting to cause some issues. The admins of this forum have said that they're trying to be lenient with the situation but we don't know what'll happen in the future.

Hopefully they'll only be okay with discussing the cracked demo, because it's just a demo. It's not the real, full game, so it shouldn't matter as much?

I'm just hoping that when the full game comes out on Sept. 2, they'll stop allowing discussions on pirated/illegitimate copies of TS4.

I mean, you're allowed to talk about it unless the admins say you can't. I wasn't really talking about this forum btw, I was talking about the Sims community as a whole.

I don't think you really know much about torrenting/cracked things. Yes, it's easy to get viruses, which is why you should have a some sort of software like Norton protecting your computer. If you download a virus without doing research and finding a reliable download, it's 100% your fault.

The chances of getting caught torrenting are VERY VERY slim, and I don't think that EA cares since it's a demo. If it was a full game, then it would be another matter. The site moderators are being lenient, but I don't think they would support a cracked version of the full game. I don't see any problem with downloading and playing a cracked version of a free demo as long as they delete it whenever it comes on Auguest 12 (IF it comes out, it never was confirmed.) You can go ahead an leave the site if you don't like that it allows things like that.

Also, pirating and torrenting are two VERY different things.
Torrenting is just sharing files illegal or legal.
Pirating is illegally sharing copyrighted material such as music and movies. Pirating is STRICTLY illegal.

You do realize that cracked games are MODIFIED applications/programs, right? You are TRUSTING someone WHO CRACKS GAMES to have ONLY good intentions when you install THEIR (its no longer EA's) cracked application. That's insane. I am not talking about traditional viruses (which will also happen and be detected by Norton), but you have no idea what this person did to make the application work, and it could VERY EASILY be sniffing data from your PC and sending it back to ANY server it wants. Is your firewall stopping it? I'm betting not.

This is a poor excuse to support or allow it. If I truly believed the same hacker wouldn't just as easily crack retail games I could see an argument here. But I don't believe that for a second. At the end of the day you are promoting piracy since the game was not supposed to be share this way.
