There is no gallery in my game :(

    Hi guys,
    I have the sims installed on my computer. Everything works fine, except there is no gallery in my game. In the top right hand corner, where the gallery icon is usually located, I have a 'my library' button. When I click on it, it takes me to the sims I have created and the sims that came with the game, but I am not able to access the gallery from here.
    I am logged into origin when I am trying this.
    Please help me!

    Check your Game Options, should be the very last option.

    Make sure Online Access is checked.

    Oh, yep. I unchecked that and saw it only showed my library when I did. I assume that would be you're fix. ^_^

    Thanks for the suggestions guys, but these were some of the first things I tired. When I press, F4 it brings up the My Library window, which won't allow me to access the gallery from there.
    There is no Online Access option avaliable in Game Options for me.

    Also, I've been told a lot that there should be some sort of 'Online..' option avaliable in the Others tab when opening up Game Options. Just a photo of what mine comes up as >>

    That's weird, it's meant to have more tabs available that take you to the gallery.
    Maybe someone a bit more technical can help you out!

    Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the game yet?
    If so, try checking your firewall and see if it's blocking "TS4.exe" at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin"

    i have the same problem as ateliana does, and it says "all add-ons, bonuses, and files in the game installation directory will be removed" and i am afraid that if i click yes, it will delete all my world saves. i dont know what to do.... :(

    Okay everyone, this may or may not apply to you.

    But if you are UNDER 13 YEARS OLD. Online functionality (including the Gallery) will be disabled in your game. So YES there are age restrictions imposed by EA.

    When you created your origin account, you had to enter you're date of birth. And if you are under 13 then your account will be affected. Unfortunately there's no way of changing your date of birth on your Origin account... your best bet is asking a parent to create an origin account for you OR create a new origin account with a date of birth higher than 13 and then you'll have to contact EA live support asking them to transfer the game from your old Origin account to your new one.​

    Go to options and 'other' and make sure the "access to online features" is highlighted. Sounds stupid but it could be the problem.

    Same thing happened to me :( The game wont allow me too view the gallery and I'm over 13. I hope They can get this fixed soon..
