About the new Update from Origin........grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

So I log into play my sims 4 families all happy and delighted ...when I log and see they have been wiped out period and its like it started my game all over again putting me in create a sim mode!!!!....I dont download mods so I dont know why this would happen to me! It actually happen to me the second time there was an update..........Im so mad right now I can't begin to see where to start again...and its weird I save my games all the time....but this is ridicules its making me not want to bother playing at this point.....anyway hope you all have a better dealing with this update than I have ...Im very disappointed right now and angry

There's gotta be a way to get your sims back if you save the game consistently!

Unfortunately Nope...have to start all over again.....sigh but there is some good news ...heard a new neighborhood was coming soon called New crest cant wait...still upset but we will see what happens

I dont know what kind of problem is that but there is an update that will come and maybe it can fix your problem and the official site announced that the new world will be for free and its called Newcrest it will be included with the upcoming update it will include some bug and glitches fixes for sure
maybe you should contact them and maybe they will include a fix to your problem because the update with the world is coming Tuesday, 11 of June so maybe they have time for including some other fixes

Thanks Aymen I will look into that...Its just strange how my whole world just disappeared and the game started like it was being played for the first time...and I am the only one using this computer and playing sims4.....I'll keep my fingers crossed who knows
