gaining some muscles??

    so one of my sim got some belly weight once he reached the teen stage. I let him do exercise everyday and feed him with healthy foods like yoghurt and salads. but now, he is super skinny like he's sick or something... does anyone knows what to do to so he can be a little muscular. I don't wanna edit him on CAS. thanks

    I would have him eat enough rich foods so he gains weight, don't have him exercise while putting on pounds. Once he has more weight on him, have him use a weight lifting machine to build muscle. Do not have him do any cardio workouts.

    Im not sure if this is the case in the sims, but its likely that running doesn't put on muscle. Try heavy lifting.

    My answer is the exact way to do it.
    The sims 4 mirrors life heavily in how you can build your sim body.
    Cardio = thins them out.
    Weights = build muscle.
    If you build muscle on a thin body, it will look even more thin. If you build muscle on a body with some heft to it, it will be more bulky.
    If you eat foods high in carbs or fat, you'll put on weight. If you eat food low in fat, you don't gain weight.

    So, if you want a super skinny sim, eat less often, less fatty foods, and do lots of cardio workouts.
    If you want a bulky, ripped with muscles sim, eat lots of food, avoid cardio workouts and lift weights instead.
