Back Brace?

Hello! I have recently seen a Sim wearing what appears to be a back brace of some sort and I am wondering if anyone can tell me what this is exactly. Is this supposed to happen? How did it happen? Here is a picture:

Hmm...it just looks like a belt/accessory to me. Either from one of the clothing and never noticed before or CC. I didn't think there are any back braces in the game unless it was some kind of CC as far as I know. It seems to be thick but just around the waist area, so I guess it part of an exercise outfit as that is what it looks like she is wearing.

Its something you get from althetic career

Yeah that's a weight lifting belt. If your sim is in the Athletic career branch they will eventually have this outfit available in cas.
