problem with the install.

    Hello people, I feel a little frustrated at the moment. First I bought a sealed copy of SIMS 4 from Amazon and it took me an age and two installs of the origin software to run the disc, then it said the key had already been used!! so I bought a electronic copy from the origin program which now when I have tried to play pops up with "Cannot start because required game data is missing or damaged. Please try reinstalling the game."
    how do I do this and what could have happened??

    I basically need to know if I uninstall from the origin software can I re install without having to pay a third time?? I'm running win 10 if that makes any difference?
