    If this is the wrong place to post this, sorry. I don't know why nobody ever answers the 'Contact Us' page, but I've been trying to get rid of a subscription created after I tried this thing out for 30 days. Some company called Iconix Media underlies this Forum, and I want it cancelled please. This has been a hassle and being ignored when you've got my financial information is a scam. I've already notified PayPal not to accept anymore requests for payment on behalf of this Forum, but that doesn't guarantee you won't try it.

    Same here. I don't remember signing up for a monthly charge please don't charge me again. I have notified PayPal not to authorize you. PayPal said to notify you.

    The nerve of them, huh? It was a full 2-3 months after my trial that the charge showed up. Then, nobody answers anything you submit to them about it? UGH! :arghh:

    Hey guys, did you reach out to us via the contact form? or via our paypal email? You should be able to cancel at any time yourself via Paypal in the my money settings. It's handy for all your subscriptions. I recommend going and cancelling your subscription if you decide you dont want it anymore via Paypal... else it will renew just like Netflix and stuff like that.

    Send me an email with your Paypal transaction IDs to [email protected] and I an double check to make sure you guys are cancelled.

    i don't know your PayPal email address, and yes, I used the contact form many times; no response. I shut it off in PayPal, but they said I needed to make sure it's cancelled with the vendor! And, what do you think we've been trying to do? Cancel the subscription that should've never showed up months after I 'tried' this thing! Going through all this is overkill, you know. I'm a busy guy and managing a lot of email. I'm also moving. Sigh

    I sent emails to: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. Nobody helped me. I totally agree this is insane. First I tryed the right way: the link on this site to cancel. I tought it´s alweary done. But wen I checked my credt card, they charge me. Nobody anser the emails!
