For the Sims4 CAS, i really would like to be able to put on a shirt and a jacket independently from other things. For example, in Sims3 we had necklaces, so why did some shirts came with necklaces of their own? Why not just put them in the Accessories section?
And the jackets.. Some of them are always zipped up and some come with kind of ugly shirts that no matter how much you customize it, it's never good enough.
I'd like to dress up my sim in a shirt and then have the possibility of choosing a jacket. And then a slider that could adjust the sleeves! If you wanted them slightly rolled up or to the elbows. I think they are very simple things that would make a big difference in CAS.

What do you guys think? B)

Yeah I was just thinking of that the other day when making a Sim...laying clothes. I hope there is that in The Sims 4. There would be even more hundreds or thousands of combinations we can do!

And same with zipped, unbuckled, etc...maybe even shoes untied. I would love to make the little cute kid who has his sneakers always untied lol.

Yeah, that'll be fun. And then he's running around and SMACK, tripped on his shoelace xD

I would like this as well, and as for rolling up or down the sleeves it could work in a similar way to when you adjust the heights of shelves on the walls, I hope that made sense.

Yes! Exactly like that. If they can do that, they can also add a little (or three little) harmless sliders for the sleeves... It would be great if that happened

I wonder how they would approach this with TS4 Seasons.

Like you know they always add an outerwear section for Seasons, what if you wanted a jacket in everyday wear not just outerwear.

Ah yes. Well, really don't know how to resolve that... Every winter they go outside and automatically change into outerwear...
I don't think they really need it (the sims), with the extension of long sleeves and jackets, they didn't have the need to create a new section... Just adding a few long coats and stuff would do... But that's just my opinion

I kind of liked that we got to pick their warmer clothing, but the selections were poor.

Very -_- That's why I say e need more jackets :c Then the options will be much higher than having to dress them up in previously matched shirt/jacket

Great idea! And it would be nice of all the shirts fitted over the body better. I hate how some of them stick out on the sides and make my sim look big. Would be nice to have more jewelry and necklaces that dangle and move.

That's right! And they could get stuck in the doors handles by their bracelets or their jacket's sleeves (happens to me so many times

If they have this I hope it won't make the game lag.

That would be great! I hope that will be a feature in the new CAS. :D

Yeah if they don't add layered clothes, I think there's a lot of us who will be sorely disappointed. I think there's a really good chance they will include that though, since they've expanded more and more on CAS options in each new TS, making layered clothes the logical next step :) Also, I hope they add a fix to the whole "boot vs pants" situation where it seems the game can't decide whether the boot goes inside or outside the pants and so does both in some ugly way LOL

I love this idea of layering every single thing! Right from your undies to your two shirts and a jacket on top!

The boots thing is so frustrating, some boots would look so cute with tucked in pants or even pants over, what I hate is almost no one tucks their pants into their cowboy boots.

Exactly! And some boots just look too big unless your sim has really huge legs (which is actually quite realistic - and just as annoying in game as irl..)

I know, boots should fit snugly, but not look all jacked up with pants.
