For all of my Sims Builders out there. What building options would you like to see in the Sims 4? I have yet to see a rounded wall or an l-shaped stair that has to be made with cheats. They should add those. Another Idea I had was that the interiors of rabbit holes cant be seen. They should make rabbit holes shells that us builders could build inside of. That would be great.

I agree L shaped stairs are so common I have no idea why they haven't been added yet.

I've never cried over the absence of L shaped stairs but I see that for some builders it must be annoying. Let's hope that future buildmode will have much more options and objects to choose from ;).

Oh they know exactly what they're doing they want to create a hype rather than a bunch of skeptics. I love that they fixed the boot and pant bug.

They've been making their games much better than the previous ones, and they always leave out all the little details. That's one of the things that ticks me off about EA. They have spiral stairs in each game, it's no different than stairs the shape of Ls, or even the grand stairs that they had in The Sims 2.

    Like these.

I freaking miss these stairs so much.

Spirals and L-shaped are completely different, I never liked those stairs mainly because I never built elegant houses but rather more modest ones.

No no, when I meant they are the same I meant that in a sense of when a sim walks up the stairs they rotate. Spiral stairs would have the sim turn 360 degrees when walking up, I think, and if they had made L-shaped staircases they'd only be turning 90 degrees when walking upwards. I cant believe you've never built an elegant house or homes! I could understand though, because when I switched to The Sims 3 I found myself making more modern style homes because of the content. I usually try and make all types of homes though. Elegant, modern, country, castles, etc.

Oh. Let me explain. Do you know how when your Sims walk up spiral stairs? Well what I meant by turning is when a sim has to walk up the spiral stairs, that sim has to go in a circle on his/her way up the stairs. Sure the sim is walking forward, but the stairs spiraling motion only allows that sim to go up and down the steps in that spiraling motion. So when a sim walks up L-shaped stairs they only turn 90 degrees. Do you get it know? I may not be explaining this as best as I should, but another thing you should know about me is that sometimes I am pretty bad at explaining some things. I'll think of a better way to explain it though.

Ha ha! No problem. I'm not gonna lie. I am also pretty slow at times too.

    I honestly don't know how/why I would use a round wall.

I bet you'd find some way in the future to use one. The architect in me can find many ways to use rounded walls. I guess i'm easily fascinated with many types of houses so it wouldn't be as questionable to me.

I t would just bother me not having the furniture line up nicely with the wall.

Which might start a new thread about rounded furniture being in the game.

I somehow doubt this for sims 4, maybe 5 or 6.
