Create A Furniture Piece

    You know what would be cool? If we could create our own furniture. For example, let me use a table.

    There is a surface to a table with four legs.

    Well let's say there are many surfaces we can choose from to heart shaped, square, round, star shaped, or even we can draw our own shape (which I doubt because EA would want to sell us some shapes on their store).

    Then for the legs, we can choose thick legs, thin legs, legs with wheels, circle shaped ones.

    After we choose the surface and legs, they just snap together automatically and of course we can have a scroller to determine location, angle, size, and such.

    We can change the material jsut like we can do our clothes and floors.

    The same can go for a bed, counters, and most items. It would bring lots of fun in house planning and design.

    (And EA more money of course)

    I think I would like something with more creative freedom than choosing from a catalog, but an overall great idea.

    I think that we should be able to maka our own furniture(like Cupcakes said) and depending on the type of things that we incorporate the game would establish its costs and that stuff(energy...)

    I really love this idea! It sounds so fun! I would spend so long designing furniture LOL

    EA could definitely do it, but it would require a lot of coding and could really impede on their ability to sell items in the store.

    I got it from the magazine where they interviewed some of the sims 4 team asking what would be included. They said for sure, no height sliders and no create a style.

    It would be like spore with furniture. That would be one of the best things they could add to The Sims 4. It could be called CAF. Create a Furniture and then after you've created the base, you could then go ahead and mold it around into any shape and save it into the buy mode... What greatness that would be!

    I strongly doubt EA would include that feature, considering how they didn't even allow Create a Style to be included.
