How Are You Preparing For The Sims 4 Financially And Emotionally, And is it GoodBye Sims 3?

I'll play 1,2 & 3 till the cows come home...also 4 when it comes out...Going to see if i can fit both on my laptop...if it starts passing out then well..yeah heh heh got to do some sorting out then ^^;

I will be deleting the Sims 3 off my computer a few days before the release date. I'm still trying to decide on getting the origin exclusive version or the premium edition from Gamestop I'm rather confused lmao.

My plan:
1) Get a job
2) Rum

At this point i am not 100% sure anymore if i will like Thesims4 or not.

But i can tell you, Thesims3 was already dead for me a long time before Thesims4 was even anounced.

I'm reading everything I can get my hands on about Sims 4....can't play Sims 3 because, well because I never have been able to really play it...the game hates me! Crash, crash, error 12, error 12. Still play Sims 2 regularly & play Sims 1 occasionally. I'm really looking forward to Sims 4...a fresh start....a new game.

I have things to keep me happy till the sims 4. And yes BYE BYE SIMS 3 sims 4 gonna be so much better

Honestly, TS3 has been boring to me the last 3 months bc I just want TS4. I'm sick and tired of the lag and the stuck sims and the games story progression. (I can't have NRaas SP on my computer it slows it down like a lot.) I'm also pretty tired of the relationship system. My sims thinks that every single sim in the world is hot. TS3 is done on my computer once TS4 is out.

I really want to uninstall Sims 3 right now but I rather to wait a bit just in case. If Sims 4 which I am 99% certainly sure... is the best one.. then I will wipe the whole shit of Sims 3... OUT Of my computer!

I totally understand you but I heard that Sims 4 is lighter (easy) on older computer. I hope that you will able to play it 100%!!! I never had a problem with Sims 3 and I am not too crazy over Sims 3 cuz the people are so ugliest as... you know what I am talking about. Sims 2 was gorgeous but I loved Sims 3 features.. Now Sims 4. I can't wait to play... the children are so adorable, etc...

I couldn't agree more with you MamaLambNC. I just attempted to play TS3 on my laptop today. I made it through CAS, chose my home and was in the middle of customizing my sims' new home when the game crashed back to my desktop. TS3 is the most frustrating installment of The Sims franchise that I've played. I enjoyed playing the original and TS2 much more than TS3. I'm uninstalling everything TS3 within a few days. It's more frustrating than enjoyable to play at this point. I'm super thankful that the developer's have said TS4 will be much less taxing on almost everyone's operating system.

So with all that being said....good riddance TS3 and hello good lookin' [TS4]!!!

Yeah, this one time. I spent about 4 hours making the perfect outdoor wedding venue. And it crashed. Haven't played since.

Right now I am reading things daily about what is to come and getting myself pumped. At first I was feeling down about it. I will probably start uninstalling my Sims 3 games the day before or if I get it for my birthday, the day before my birthday.
