Don't get me wrong I love the new game and I am in no way trying to intentionally bash it. However has anyone else encountered problems with babies such as oddly curved bodies, long rake fingers and lobster-like protruding eyes?

Yup me too! LOL I am a little upset cause the proper babies are really cute but until they fix it it's kind of funny. I think I'm gonna build an attic nursery and hide my monster babies up there.

I've had this problem too... and then the babies go invisible when I put them in the cradle. It probably came from that patch that was released on launch day. The good thing is you can age the baby up a few hours after it's born so I have mostly skipped the baby stage with my two sims. It doesn't bother me to skip that stage because I hate playing with babies anyway but I can see how it would bother people who love that lifestage.

I've only had three babies and none of them are weird deformed creatures. LOL I feel like I'm missing out on the fun.

No, it's not fun. Every time I have to take care of the crying smelly baby, I take my Sim and interact with it... and next thing I know, the Sim is cuddling this ugly mutant thing, lol.

Breastfeeding is the scariest... the eyes pop out (like in my screenshot in my previous post ^^) and the jaw slides forward and backwards... I'm really curious and would like to get a "remove nudity blur" mod and see what that looks like... LOL.

I was a little disappointed when my first sim baby came out normal. I really want to see this abomination for myself..even if it'll probably freak me out..

I know that you can age new babies up any time in TS4 but does anyone know how long they will stay babies for if you don't age them up manually? Will they just be like forever babies? lol
