Babies not aging!

Unable to click on bassinet and age up my babies. I have aging off, and when i turn it on then i get the option, but wasn't like that until this last patch. Also can not have a birthday party because it says no one is aging up today. Again this wasn't like this until the patch.

Oops. problem resolved.

Understand that this is a shot in the dark... but try this:

Remove all mods you have from the mods folder (drag them to your desktop temporarily)
Delete all cache files from the cache folder EXCEPT FileCache.cfg. Then delete localthumbcache from the main directory. This will make sure all your cache is reset and no mods will interfere.

Try running the game and gaining up your child. If it works, you can save your game, shut it down and put your mods back in. If it doesn't work then this problem is beyond my help.

I never had this problem with the auto age up commend. babies will generally age up to children after about three days. You'll be alerted before it happens. Unlike The Sims 3, you cannot throw birthday parties for babies.
