After installing Get Together my Sims 4 started running horribly. I finally figured out by reading this forum and others that the problem rest in the CC. I deleted all of the CC and suddenly the game worked perfectly. Then I slowly added the CC back in until I found out which file was causing the problem. Now all my female sims are bald and look the same. I already reapplied the CC into the folder so I don't understand why the CC wouldn't work on the pre-existing Sim, especially if I hadn't played these Sims so it shouldn't have messed with their hair, skin textures, etc.

I downloaded the Sims 4 CC Tracker and everything shows up perfectly. I just don't know why the custom content is no longer applying to the Sims. Does anyone know what I should do? Is there a program that I can use to reactivate all the CC? If I download again, that won't solve the problem, right? I tried downloading one of the hairs again and replaced it but that didn't change anything. I haven't checked the houses but I read that the CC in homes is gone too. I also reapplied the original Resources.cfg that I had on a backup but that didn't help. I have a backup of the entire Documents>Electronic Arts folder. Should I copy and paste that into the new version? I don't want to mess up Get Together again.

Have you checked to make sure there were no pre existing meshes that were required to make the hair work? Even though it may have applied before the new expansion, it may now require something else that the creator hasn't considered. All else aside the only thing I can think of is the game repair in Origin (which I apply as regular as I can to avoid glitches like this). Also go to options and "other" and make sure "online content" is highlighted and that you've highlighted custom content...sounds stupid but it's often the little things...

This may sound odd but under my library all the characters that are bald in the current world still have all their original skins, hair and clothes.
