I'm not exactly sure how to find out information about my video card, but when I loaded CAS it said my video card was not supported. Everything on CAS looked like colored lines. I feel as though my video card should be up to date..
I have a 2010 Toshiba Satellite that runs Windows 7. Can somebody help me figure out why CAS won't play for me correctly?

My model is a toshiba satellite a665-s6095, i have an intel gma HD video card. it says intel gma x4500 or higher is required. I'm pretty sure intel GMA HD is higher than the x4500?

Your video card doesn't support the demo.
You can't play TS4 CAS Demo ,because your card is lower than the requirments.
The lower video card requirments are 128MB. (for the demo)
I have the same problem , but now i bought new video card and works perfectly.

Even if your pc/laptop is relatively new, it has nothing to do with the quality of your videocard.
There is a big difference between laptops meant for gaming/editing and for office use.
If the demo doesn't run smoothly because of your videocard you will have to sort it out before purchasing the full game, because the full game won't run either.

    I agree with Fox.
Your laptop ins't meant for gaming, not even in the slightest. TS4 minimum requirements are very low by today's standards and somehow your laptop is even bellow that, so that says something about it. If you can't run the demo then there's no way in hell you're going to be able run the full game. Consider an affordable gaming rig, otherwise you're out of luck.

New components (and computers) don't mean jack if they can't even meet the bare minimum to run today's games.
