Colorful lines going across my Sims 4

    I been having this problem with my Sims 4 lately where it has colorful lines.... I deleted it and downloaded it back....Still the same thing... Its in CAS and even when I want to go play one of my Sims! Please someone help me! I would love to get back playing the Sims! [​IMG]

    Maybe the graphic card in you comp? Maybe contact EA. That's one problem I haven't run into

    There is two reasons for this



    1. Your graphics drivers need an update
    2. Your card/chip is too weak

    This is what my Laptop has and Sims 4 runs fine and smooth
    Processor:Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz
    Graphics card:Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
    None of what i have isn't even on the list for Min specs so if your on a P.C here is the Min specs you can run Sims 4

    CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ (2.0 GHz Dual Core required if using integrated graphics)
    CPU Speed:Info
    RAM:2 GB
    OS:Windows XP
