Missing FileCache.cfg file in cache folder???

I don't know if this happened to anyone else or if this file is even necessary but I noticed when I was going to delete my cache that file wasn't there anymore for some reason. So confused. Maybe it's causing my game to crash more frequently but i just want to make sure. Also, if I do need it how do I restore it? I know I haven't deleted it recently because I checked my recycle bin and it is not in there either.

I just noticed that mine is gone too and it's not in the Recycle Bin. I am very careful when deleting files from the Cache files so I know that I didn't delete it myself. Now how do we restore it... or is that even possible?

The same thing just happened to me (but because of my own plum.ity ). Load the game and go into Game Options; enable Online access. Open the Gallery, then close it again. Disable Online access.
