Sorry I've been away!

    I just wanted to say I'm sorry I've been away from the forums. It's been a very busy summer and that's a good thing :), even if it means I'm hurting in places I'd long forgotten about :sorry:. These next weeks are looking just as busy but that is extra good because it will help keep me occupied and not refreshing Sims 4 news every 3 seconds. LOL I do try to get in quickly and read a bit, but don't expect much posting until the end of the month. Then, after hubby's vacation and our last family week at the ocean (Ecco will be off to the Coast Guard after that), my son goes back to school and I get everything ready for very long hours spent simming and ignoring the fact I have a RL family :angelic:.

    I hope everyone is having a great summer!

    I have felt bad, I missed you guys! I slipped into the other forum (you know, hell) when I was collecting a few free simpoints and was OMG WTH!! It had exploded with trolls! I found myself watching :popcorn1: and couldn't look away. It seems to have calmed down now, they must have all been banned. FINALLY! But then this morning I slipped in and there was another war starting over a minor disagreement. /sigh

    Then this place... always pleasant and welcoming! So much better!

    I used to go on the forums on thesims3.com (I have no TS3 games so I watched from afar) and I thought everyone would be hyped over TS4 but everyone was complaining about how rubbish the game looked and how much they wanted to bring their sims over to the new game. Then I was on SimsVIP and I saw the picture/banner of sims4forum.com (this place) and clicked on it, I read some of the threads and decided to make an account.

    I am shocked at how people are acting. Not that some aren't happy, but that some are so hateful about it. Even today, in a thread about the new traits. Someone posted a different view than the OP and the OP started in with very harsh tones about how they were so wrong. I just shake my head.

    Funnier was the thread asking for the trolls to return! :censored: Seriously?
