Custom lighting is not an easy thing to create...I won't even try to remember how many times my games crashed because I was experimenting with CC, now find someone good enough in programming to risk his game^^'...there will be a long waiting...

Well what does custom lighting even do?

Well, every detail look different, mostly the shading is better made, world looks more real-like. For example look here:

Don't worry, it will for sure. This mode just shades game, this is like changing your camera options. Nothing lags.

Well if people are worried about this mod I don't think it's unrealistic that EA would include something like this, remember how I said Sim City had filters you can pick from it's likely that they could do something similar for TS4.

That would be pretty awesome^^. Just to think about all the possibilities...
