More town content viable but unable to access

    I've found two areas, I don't think there's any more. One you access from the park in oasis springs, there's a mineshaft you can break open when you have handiness level 10. That takes you to a grotto with some fishing spots and potatoes. The other is on the... Crick cabana lot, I think it's called. There's a (awesome looking) magical tree out back that if you can interact with a few times and unlocks a magical glade with cherry trees and some other plants I believe.
