No CC options in Sims 4?

    I've been trying to install custom content for about an hour now and then realized that I don't even have these options available. None of the buttons circled even show up when I go to the "other" tab.

    The version I have is cracked (RG Mechanics) but I don't see why that would make a difference. Does anyone here know what to do about this?
