People modifying your demo sims.

I have uploaded all of my sims, while I won't say that it wouldn't annoy me if someone "stole" them...I don't want others to lose out. You can find them under the same username and you can also friend me on origin too if you all would like.

Yeah, I'm not sure we'll know until the full game is out.

I'll friend everybody but I'm actually trying to cook.

this is a very interesting topic, I have only uploaded one sim in Sims 3. I don't normally download sims. Not sure if I will in Sims 4, but this is all very informative. When I make my sim I will maybe just put him in my Library.
By the way when you make a sim, when you put him in a game, is he still in your library to use again like in another game you have started.

Just as a general rule, I always save anything I'm working on to make sure it doesn't get lost. However, I'm not sure you can even put a sim into your game without it saving to your library somehow and, once it's saved in your library, it should be there until you remove it yourself.

Thanks everyone, I get it now, if I put it in the Gallery it will always be there. and if I put it in my library it will always be there, unless I have a computer melt. great info, I guess I will upload my sims and my builds, just to be on the safe side.
Hate to keep asking, so you put your sims in the Gallery, can you find your own work by your user name? or the sims name. there are thousands of sims in the Gallery.

Have any of you poked around in the EA file in your Documents folders? Pretty interesting stuff in there. Take a peek at your config file and also notice the way Sims are saved now. Is that the final save? Or is that something being done by the Demo? The Sim file does not have a name, it is numbers.

I'm a tech nerd and really liked poking around all the files and seeing what's changed and what's the same.

I am too but I think I want to wait until the release of the full game just in case something changes (and the fact I am too lazy right now). How did those pork chops turn out?

Yeah, I think the files may not be completely accurate since it's just a demo.

The chops were yummy! I'm half Cuban so pork is essential to us, lol. Pork chops with black beans and rice. Yummmmm.....yummm....I just burned the seasoning so it was all good. Didn't even taste burnt but smoked like crazy and set off the alarm.

Now I want pork chops...
