Remember remember

I'm just wondering if you remember buying all of your The Sims base games (and expansion packs)?

I ask because I have such a good memory of getting The Sims 2 base game, it's really weird like I was only 9, I was in the bath as I was going to my Grandads for the weekend and he came early and all I heard was "The Sims 2" and I jumped out of the bath, dried myself off and ran downstairs and literally snached it out of his hands and was fascinated that they'd made a sequel to the best game ever.

I don't remember getting The Sims 1 as I was like 5 but I remember playing it constantly. I remember getting The Sims 3, it was awful. I went on the Friday it came out, got to town and realised I didn't have enough money so I came home, got the extra money and went back to town and bought the game, in my excitement I didn't realise I didn't have enough bus fare so I had to walk home. At the time I thought it was worth it, now I think otherwise. I then bought the game again like a year later again for some stupid reason (I didn't know you could download games from origin).

So do you remember?

I remember getting The Sims 2 really late. Like, I got it a few months before The Sims 3 released. So, I played The Sims 2 with like 2 expansion packs for almost two years until my mom finally got me The Sims 3 for my birthday or something.
