RP trouble-ideas?

Background: I role play on a site called Hogwarts Online. You RP as a student at first but then after awhile you get to create other characters. Your student have to take classes and do "homework" and if its your first character they have to take OWLs when they are a 5th year.

My problem: One of my characters (my first character Cornflower Brown) is a 5th year student in Hogwarts She took 4 OWLs but she (I) only passed two OWLs but she studied as much as she could from HP Wiki and a former Herbology Class since she didn't know what she needed to know for the exam. For some of the stuff she had like no information about it. You/She thinks it unfair she didn't pass the latter two OWLs but that was one lack of good classes and two was classes didn't GO anywhere as well as lack of information-since there isn't a 'resource page' for them to use for resources.. She doesn't want to contact the head of the exams (OWLS and is in charge of NEWTS) since the person was nasty to her when she asked a question when "studying" but the head of academics (not the headmistress but someone else I think) is taking you think a bit too long to reply back to a PM she sent. She/I doesn't want to have to re-do the two OWLs again next term-she just want to get into 6th year but she can't unless she pass the two other OWLs. She/I still have the notes from 'studying" and she included them in the PM to the head of academics. Corn need these other two OWLs so she can get to 6th year and become a HW Healer when she graduates.
