Save often!

People elsewhere are reporting that autosave might or might not be working. And save is soooooo fast compared to Sims 3, so it's painless!

I didnt even think auto-save actually existed. I just use my better judgment and save manually all the time

Wait.. is there an option to turn that off? I think I know what's been causing me to have intermittent game freezes.

I did see one auto save file in my saved games but I deleted it and haven't seen any since then so I'm not sure if its actually working or not.
I always save every Sim morning. It's a habit I got into with TS3 and all of its crashiness

Ah well.. I don't mind not having auto-save, I guess it's best this way for people that don't have the habit of routinely saving

I agree with all of you saying you have leftover save frenzy from sims 3. It is really fast in this game. I haven't had any problems with it crashing, though I've only been able to play a few hours.

Yeah, so far no crashes from me as well. However the game don't like my choice of custom music, it breaks the other music playing like load screen and map view, etc. I think it's something wrong with my music files and not the game, so I'm just here trying to fix that now lol.

OMG I was about to say, due to my crazy twitch from Sims 3 crashing, I always saved when my Sims woke up and continue to do so lol!

I save automatically cause after my experience with Sims 3 and crashes I have learned better to be safe than sorry. I remember when I use to be so pissed off after spending time building something to have it all crash on me. OMG the nightmare! So now its like lol I don't know like I just automatically save every so often cause you just never know. The game is still new and even tho I have not experienced anything yet....I'll just keep saving like I been doing....I had no idea about auto save and even with that I would still save lol just saying....

I always forget to save until a major event happens. Kid ages up. SAVE! Got a promotion at work? SAVE! Old Ms. Perkins kicks the bucket. SAVE! lol

I always save my games often, I learned to do that with Sims 3 and all the bugs it had. So far I had no problems with Sims 4, though the longer I play the game, the longer loading screens take and I hope they fix that, especially when they add more stuff later on. It wasn't bad at first, but it starting to worry me now.
