Should my laptop be able to handle Sims 4?

I just ordered 2gb of RAM, seeing how I only have 1. I heard that Sims 4 is less demanding on your computer. I'm hoping this is the case for my sake. I already bought the game because I found a limited edition copy for $40, so I couldn't pass that up. I ran the demo flawlessly, so I'm hoping that my graphics card is not too out of date. I didn't quite understand the provided specs, so I was hoping someone could elaborate on how well my laptop will handle Sims 4.

Anywho, here's my information:
2gb of RAM (when it arrives)
Mobile AMD Sempron Processor 3500+ 1.80 GHz
Video Card: GeForce Go 6100

I thought I'd post this to possibly help some others who may not reach the minimum requirements. Although my my graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements, the game still runs. I have all of the settings on low, of course, but it's still playable. It lags at times (usually when my laptop gets hot). It also freezes, but very rarely. It's only froze on my about twice and I've owned it for a little over two weeks now. I would also like to include that just because your computer doesn't meet the complete requirements like mine, it doesn't mean it will work.
