Where do you look for the version you already have ?

In Origin - Go Under HELP then right to the bottom to ABOUT
It will tell you the verison

*Sigh* Still nothing. And people on the simsvip.com said when they updated they got the game. Might as well just wait until the official release then....

Exactly when does TS4 CAS Demo release in stores, anyone ?

No it will go straight to your Origin Account under My Games it will appear there once you get it.

It will not be released in stores just like the other's weren't.

Well I got some good news for all of you

The Sims 4 CAS Demo is being sent out regularly until everyone gets it talking with an EA person again and the server that releases them is automated so it never sleeps so there will always be people getting it

And since I asked why people where getting it before Early Access people the system is choosing them at random there's nothing that they can do apparently which is ******** should be easy to know who signed up and put us at top.

How do you know this?

I just found the demo in Origin, I didn't even get an email about it (although I did sign up for it). However, it's not downloading and keeps on throwing up an error, so far it's taken 2 hours to download 22%, so I guess I won't be playing the demo tonight!

I'm okay with the creators inviting certain people to play the game, at least it's a way of making sure the demo is perfect for all the public to play
However I do think it's possible for the demo to release for everyone on August 12th, so excited for the full game to release

Was talking with someone from EA that deals with the Sims 3 and that's what I was told

No they are unable to give the demo apparently but they just told me that it's going out in waves until everyone gets it

oh ok so there's still some hope we might get it likely by tonight or tomorrow, maybe.
