Sims gave birth and still was pregnant

    My Sim gave birth and had a daughter, played her for about two sim days (she was an infant) and then I changed something in the house - moved walls or bought something new, don't remember - or maybe even saved the game and quit. Anyways, when I played sims again I discovered that there is a baby in a crib, but my sim was still pregnant and eventually gave birth to another baby. I now have two baby girls but the first one -even though my sim gave birth to her isn't related to anyone in the family. The second one born is my sims daughter (in relationships). I keep playing both,but it was really weird.
