the story of a simmer (me)

sims has been a big part of my life, from when i was only 6-7 to this day at age 15! excited for the sims4!!! it has been a rough road trying to collect most sims expansion packs as i live in a country where its hard to find original sims games but i did collect a few. i played the sims,ts2,ts3 and willing to get new ep's of ts3 and maybe if i'm lucky i'll get ts4. i shall never stop playing the sims, the sims has been there with me through my entire childhood. it was there when i was lonely (which i was always) it was there when i was bored, it was there at times when things were not working out great in my family but when i would turn on the sims, every worry and tension seemed to fade away i can never repay the creators of the sims. i love you guys for making such a game that can put up a smile on anyone's face even in the hardest times ^_^

I know exactly how you feel, I've been playing the sims for more than half my life now, and I cannot imagine being without them...
We're all, probably, going to be playing when we reach 80! The most cool grandmothers/grandfathers in the world -_-

Welcome, Thesimmer. I think we can all relate to how you feel about The Sims.

Just yesterday, I was telling my mom how therapeutic the game is for me. I was feeling so anxious because my computer needed a complete factory reset and I couldn't wait to get home to reinstall my games so I could calm down and relax. She thought it was crazy to hear a grown woman talk about video games like that and told me to go outside and sit in the sun.
