Welcome new Simmers!

I wasn't sure where to post this, but since this thread is a shout out to all the new Simmers, I'm posting it here.

The Sims 1 hit the shelves in February 2000. I have seen many new people come to the forum lately who are around 14 years old. This means that most of them were born the year the Sims 1 was released. We have an entirely new generation of Simmers excited about the Sims 4, and I think that is so TOTALLY COOL!

Yes, Welcome new simmers~! And I agree it is awesome that so many people are exited for the Sims 4 even if they haven't been there since the beginning. :3 I hope I'm not sounding snooty either. xD We're all simmers here.

I'm only 16.5 and playing The Sims since 2007 or 2008. I remember being very excited about The Sims 3 in 2009 lol

Age is a weird thing, I hope sims 4 makes a great impression on this new generation.

HI I started playing Sims 2 when i wasn't that young, ever since i've been hooked! I just love Sims and sometimes people come to me and ask "are you still playing that game?", and i'm just really happy how much this game has changed my life! I can't wait until Sims 4 comes out GO SIMS!

I've never played a Sims game in my life (unless you count The Sims 2 NDS, The Sims 3 NDS and The Sims 2 Apartment Pets NDS).
I'm very excited about The Sims 4.
The knowledge I didn't gain through experience (you know, actually playing the game) I gained through research.
I surprised all my friends when I said I didn't play The Sims but I feel that I should play the game if I ever want to fully experience the game's features.
