I'm a Libra/Scorpio cusp.
23rd October is a date that some people and sites say its Libra, others say its Scorpio. After reading both signs, I think its a fairly good coincidence that I happen to have characteristics from both sides

Quote taken from an Astrology website on my cusp, which describes truthfully what I am:

Libra/Scorpios are seductive and attractive, commanding and intense. Cultural awareness and a talkative nature help them shine in the social situations they so enjoy.

The great strength of the Libra/Scorpio-born is in their drive for peace and harmony and their determination to see things through to the end. Their skill at seeing all sides of a situation with great passion and strength makes them one of the most powerful characters of the zodiac.
